Purpose:The finely ground chocolate syrup is introduced by the syrup pump and flows into
the refining drum through the sieve filter vibration .The syrup itself inside the
drum makes the cyclic sieve filtering for refining with the help of the mixer
and syrup introducing pump .The syrup's automatic temperature control can meet the
technological requirements .The chocolates poured with the chocolate syrup thus
refined are all of improved compactedness and lustrousness. Therefore, the machine
is and equipment necessary for making quality chocolates.
Features:Being provided with temperature controlling system, so the temperature control can
be operated sensitively, accurately and visually; and it is easy to observe.
Provided with self-contained cyclic filtering system. The circulating pump is fit
to be used for chocolate production technology; and the drum, circulating pipe
and pump are provided with interlayer-sleeve temperature holding system .
The syrup is filtered through two 40-mesh and 60-mesh vibrating sieves, which are
easy to be dismantled and cleaned.
